We booked our trip with Sentiers de France. They tweaked two itineraries so that we could visit both the caves in Perigord Noir and Rocamadour. (On their website, tours 101 - Black Perigord and Prehistory and 100 - Dordogne and Haut Quercy). The website sold it to us - small hotels, mostly 2 star, with an emphasis on good food!
